By using Build Launch OS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Build Launch OS provides planning and workspace setup assistance to help solo SaaS founders create a personalized Notion Founder OS based on their answers.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, your use of the generated workspace, and your business decisions after setup.

You need a Notion account to use the generated workspace. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Notion account.

Payments, checkout, invoices, taxes, and purchase processing may be handled by Lemon Squeezy or another authorized payment provider. By purchasing Build Launch OS, you may also be subject to that provider's checkout terms and payment processing policies.

Build Launch OS provides a one-time digital workspace setup experience. Access to your personalized Founder OS is delivered through your Notion workspace after setup is complete.

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because Build Launch OS may provide a personalized digital workspace setup, refund eligibility may depend on the status of delivery and the nature of the issue.

Use of Build Launch OS is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how workspace setup answers, account information, payment status, and usage data may be handled.

Build Launch OS provides planning and workspace setup assistance. We do not guarantee revenue, customers, funding, investment, profitability, or business success.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build Launch OS is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update features, pricing, copy, or workflows as the product evolves. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance of updated terms.
