Build Launch OS sells a personalized digital workspace setup experience. Because the product is customized from your answers, refund eligibility may differ from physical goods.
One-time digital product purchase
Purchases are generally one-time setup fees for generating a personalized Founder OS workspace.
Personalized workspace setup
Because Build Launch OS provides a personalized digital workspace setup, refund requests may be reviewed case by case.
Payment and refund processing
Payments and refunds may be processed through Lemon Squeezy or another authorized payment provider. If a refund is approved, the refund timing may depend on the payment provider and payment method used.
When refunds may be considered
Refunds may be considered if:
- • You were charged twice.
- • A technical issue prevented workspace setup.
- • You purchased the wrong plan and contacted support quickly.
- • A clear service issue prevented delivery.
When refunds may not be available
Refunds may not be available if:
- • Your personalized Founder OS was successfully generated or delivered.
- • You changed your mind after receiving the workspace.
- • You lost access to your own Notion account.
- • You expected guaranteed revenue, customers, funding, or business success.
How to request support
To request a refund review, email support@buildlaunchos.com with your purchase email, order/invoice details, workspace name, and a short explanation of the issue.
