We use collected information to generate your Founder OS preview, prepare your workspace setup flow, provide customer support, and improve the product experience.

The answers you provide during the 8-question setup flow are used to shape your roadmap, tasks, trackers, and workspace sections. These answers may be stored locally in your browser and, when backend services are connected, in our database to support your workspace setup.

When you connect Notion, we may store connection status and workspace setup metadata needed to complete your Founder OS. Your Notion content remains in your Notion account.

Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another authorized payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on Build Launch OS servers. Payment processing, taxes, invoices, refunds, and checkout details may be handled by the payment provider according to their policies.

We may use basic analytics or cookies to understand page visits, product usage, and conversion performance. This helps us improve the website and setup experience.

We retain account and workspace setup data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve support requests.
